How do you handle cleaning and maintenance?
We work with trusted local cleaners and maintenance teams. After each guest checks out, the property is professionally cleaned, linens are changed, and we inspect everything to ensure it’s guest-ready. If you already have a caretaker, we will train him/her to get the place up to airbnb standards before and after a guest checks in
How do I get paid?
You receive payments directly from Airbnb. We provide transparent monthly reports detailing bookings, earnings, expenses, and management fees, so you always know where your money goes.

Our onboarding fee is based on the size of your property. It’s a one-time payment that covers setup, professional photography, advertising, listing optimization, and guest-ready preparations.
