We only earn when you earn. This means our success is tied directly to yours. The commission is applied only to confirmed guest bookings through Airbnb and other platforms we manage.

What’s Not Included
✘ Cleaning Fees – These are charged separately to cover the actual cost of cleaning and laundry after each guest stay. In most cases, cleaning fees are passed directly to the guest, but the property owner remains responsible for ensuring cleaning is carried out.
✘ Extra Maintenance Services – Deep cleans, pest control, repairs, or other special requests are billed separately at cost.
With a One Time Onboarding Fee
The onboarding fee includes a maximum of two (2) physical site visits by our onboarding team:
- Initial property assessment and inspection.
- Final setup, photography, and onboarding completion.
Any additional visits requested by the property owner, or required due to incomplete property readiness, cancellations, rescheduling, or changes to the agreed onboarding scope, will be charged at GHS 200 per visit.
To ensure a smooth onboarding process, the property should be fully prepared and accessible during scheduled visits.
Note: This visit policy applies only during the onboarding phase. After onboarding is completed and services commence, routine operational visits do not attract any charges.
