What’s Not Included

✘ Cleaning Fees – These are charged separately to cover the actual cost of cleaning and laundry after each guest stay. In most cases, cleaning fees are passed directly to the guest, but the property owner remains responsible for ensuring cleaning is carried out.
✘ Extra Maintenance Services – Deep cleans, pest control, repairs, or other special requests are billed separately at cost.
